About

Ka Hee Jeong is South Korean artist and curator who lives and works in Berlin. Her artworks focus on the visualization of thoughts that are volatile in nature but impactful in our lives. She incorporates different disciplines such as philosophy, neuroscience, literature and an assortment of methodologies, including drawing, video, digital media and installation. Jeong aims to guide and develop an embodied view of thought processes through the stimulation of scientific and artistic imagination alongside felt emotional responses. She has collaborated with the Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience of the University College London, the Neurology department of Charité Hospital in Berlin and the VolkswagenStiftung. Her artworks have been presented in Museum of Contemporary Art Taipei, Humboldt University, Berlinische Galerie, and Science Gallery. Besides her artistic works, she works as curator at gallery damdam.
